Also, where do people go to watch anime now? I haven't watched anything since like 2018...I used to use AnimeBytes but my account has been deactivated and don't feel like jumping through those hoops to reactivate it. I was using HorribleSubs before that but I think they shut down as well.

Unless it's explicitly stated, you have no reason to believe that the character is a human, nor that humans need to eat. You might insist that you "know" they do, but without evidence this is just headcanon.

Watched Nande Koko Ni Sensei Ga on kickassanime.rs last week.

I don't really have a place I always go to.
Dinky little sites somehow survive kike corporate purges and have obscure anime I want to watch. Bigger sites that get closed in a couple of months get the crunchymation rips quickly and are only good for the convenience.
