From what I remember, uiPath has a free RPA thing. There's also salesforce's paths (so many things, just get an account and follow a path).
OpenSAP had a few SAP Hana IT or automation certs but you may need to register a month or so in advance.
If you like a gamified thing, Mimo app has Python, JavaScript, HTML and CSS as paths, if you complete all their lesson and quiz combo, you get a printable cert pdf iirc.
HubSpot for marketing
If you're American, FEMA and other organisations could have free certs offered.
Google has that Google Analytics thing.
Tableau should have training even if it may not certified.
More importantly, look into SQL or Excel (VBA, PowerQuery) or Google Sheets (AppScripts etc) and try to get decent enough to answer business analysis questions.
