it's a bit outdated but a good start
also before you watch evangelion just realise the last two episodes got fucked because of time and censorship and you need to watch end of evangelion afterwards because that's a much better ending. I say this because we have threads on /a/ every day complaining about how the ending sucked and it's very tiresome
