Alright so I am sure this will go great... but I am not sure where to look for this as google has been less than helpful...

I have a pretty decent setup, but my computer is using nearly 50% of my 16GB of ram, at idle...

I have a few things, like Rainmeter, NZXT's CAM, SpeedFan, but nothing that should be using upwards of 8GB of Ram...

I took this screenshot while playing ARK, at 98% usage!
How can I figure out what's using so much of my RAM... I am not the best at Math, but those number don't add up to 8GB for me...
Any ideas?
