I usually leave whatever I'm downloading running in Jdownloader2, then check back in a day or so depending on size. The download resumes in 3-4 hours. If I can't wait I change location with VPN after limit is reached. Or you could try something like Megabasterd.

waste your life trying to download some shit from free instead of just paying the cheap price to get it conveniently is the best way. definitely. Just keep refreshing the page 24 hours a day to see when your limit resets so you can whatever it is you're too cheap to pay for for the next three weeks.
