You, presumably, have enough to eat and a roof over your head.
You know how to read and write in the English language, the most useful language that is spoken all over the world.
Without other people, you would have none of those things. Your very personality, history, tastes, preferences are all created in part by other people. You ARE "other people" and they are you, to a degree.
But please, go on about how cruel this world that provides so much for you is. You can leave it and go into the wilderness in Alaska, the jungle in Brazil, the mountains in South America, or the war-torn anarchy of central Africa anytime you want. But you probably won't, because you love what other people do for you, and telling yourself they are the problem is an easy way to avoid facing yourself.
