My PSU started making a buzzing sound today. It's a constant low buzzing, doesn't sound like arcing electricity. I've been told it's coil whine or just the fan getting worn out, the insides are dust free. Is it dangerous to keep using it in the meantime, while I wait for a replacement? I know what arcing electricity sounds like and this isn't that.
