I found this andriod smartphone a couple of weeks ago dead on a park bench. I took it home to charge it expective it to start receiving calls but to no avail. The top left says no service although the top right it has full bars and has received amber alerts. There have been no calls and although I can see notifications on the lock screen I cannot see their details. The emergency contact screen is also empty. The phone is an LG Aristo 3+
What should I do? Outside of the phone itself I posted on the neighborhood app that I found it and taped a sign to the bench to call me and retrieve it. Is the only other route to break into it? Maybe the sim card? Please help I feel horrible having this just sit on my desk
