In steam games, I don't recall any issues, but there are times in dolphin where the stick would be stuck top left when it's supposed to be neutral, and a tap would fix it. Was extremely annoying in monkeyball, but setting a big enough dead zone helps. Also, Windows doesn't understand Pro controller inputs. Steam works flawless, but if you have non-steam games you'll need a program to handle inputs.
