At least go the sam hyde route and laugh about it so its more positive for you and fun.

Refresh your math and study it for 20 minutes to 1 hour depending on how bad your attention span is. This is just to get you better at focusing and learning again, do your best even if you fail thats okIf you are depressed you will need to set tiny baby goals to test yourself so you know where you can push/tough it out and where you will burn out.
What i personally do is i pick the frustrating task and i muscle through it because it makes me very upset to do it. Then i use all that frustration to exercise, then i relax and enjoy a stream.
But you need to figure it out yourself what works for you. It is alot of trial and error but if you can figure this out you can pass these skills onto your future children to make their life easier so they can in turn learn something new and pass it on.
