1. Vitamin C doesn't storage. The high dose vitamin c is only useful WHEN YOU ARE ILL.
Imagine u have a hole in ur cars gas tank. You are not gonna fill ur gas tank night before, cos it would just leak overnight. You tank it when u sre about to drive somewhere. That is vitamin c.
2. Taking over 100 micrograms (over 4000 UI) of vitamin D is dangerous in a long run if you are not taking vitamin k2. K2 makes it so that the veins, arteries won't calcify due to high vitamin d oral uptake. The calcium goes to bones instead.
