1. Vitamin C doesn't storage. The high dose vitamin c is only useful WHEN YOU ARE ILL.

Imagine u have a hole in ur cars gas tank. You are not gonna fill ur gas tank night before, cos it would just leak overnight. You tank it when u sre about to drive somewhere. That is vitamin c.

2. Taking over 100 micrograms (over 4000 UI) of vitamin D is dangerous in a long run if you are not taking vitamin k2. K2 makes it so that the veins, arteries won't calcify due to high vitamin d oral uptake. The calcium goes to bones instead.

3. I am not gonna go through every fuck up, do your own research

Feels like it gives energy and brain power and I was amazed that I felt effect on day 1.
I have tried NAC, I like it too but currently not using, gave it to my injected family members, they are not getting sick like other vaxtards around and my mother told me that it cured her allergies. Never tried htp 5.

You're overdoing it and overpaying. Make gelatin/collagen from chicken feet. Make "bone broth" and marrow from your own bones (i use cow ankles/femurs). Skip that weed flower garbage, eat fresh or your own dried fruits (a dehydrator is anywhere from 30-90$ USD), a good desiccated liver supplement isn't bad but you can also cook, dry, and powder that too. An iodine supplement isn't bad but eating foods rich in iodine is better. Most vitamins/minerals come with a healthy diet and there's no real reason to over supplement.

I had performance issues, tried all the supplements and they kinda work.

But I think healthier lifestyle and especially no fap got me back to normal. I was fapping at least twice a day.

Chest is my weakest muscle group, I’ve never been able to put up a lot of weight (maxed at 2pl8). And I lose that strength extremely fast. I think it’s genetics, lats are big and I can do pull-ups, deadlifts, and bent over rows all day. But fuckkkkkk bench press, some days I can put up 185-205 easy, other days 185 is a struggle.

yep I try muscle shock with different lifts or drop sets and such. I think one of my biggest blocker towards growth and strength I’m usually always solo, and putting up a PR worries me with no spotter. I’m close to 200lbs so really putting up 225 should be no problem but always been for me

no shame in using a smith machine. i very very very rarely 1RM. chest is all about volume/hypertrophy. do like 5x-6x sets of 5-8RM 2x a week and if you dont see gains its genetics i guess
