that's good, i already ate. fucked up another steak. this time it was too rare i think. but idk what i could have done differently, it was completely crusted on the outside, any longer and it would have burned. but i can't lower heat because my stovetop only has 3 positions so lowering it wouldn't have been hot enough. maybe i should just give up, i don't even like steak that much.
