Gnosticism/Dzogchen is about seeking enlightenment (gnosis), and helping others to achieve the same. The Buddha achieved enlightenment but he returned to earth afterwards because he knew that a human can never achieve true transcendence until everyone achieves enlightenment, since we're all connected through our divine spark (scintilla).
Kaballahism is a cutthroat version of Gnosticism/Dzogchen Buddhism. Its followers also believe that every person needs to achieve enlightenment, but they also believe that it's not their responsibility to help others to achieve this. An "every man for himself" scenario. They believe that if someone is suffering in life then they deserve to suffer, to pay off their karmic debt. This is a selfish belief system which allows them to justify their decadent lifestyles.
Just as Kaballahism is a perverted offshoot of Gnosticism/Dzogchen Buddhism, there's an even more perverted version of Kaballahism, and it's followers are depicted in your second image. They purposely deceive others to delay the enlightenment of the world indefinitely. They are what every religion defines as "evil", but to them it's a game. They believe in the union of opposites. They believe that positive can't exist without negative, and the magnitude of one depends on the magnitude of the other. This is why they rape, sacrifice, and torture children, and spread misery in our world - so that they can feel the positive emotion that corresponds with that suffering. This is what Alex Jones means by "psychic vampire", but whether knowingly or unknowingly, he's a disinfo agent who helps spread their misery and confusion.
