well they're known for all that but also talking about how sleep is their favorite thing and taking naps at 4 pm
well some of it is depending on the level. it depends how harshly they grade you of course, but responding to a prompt adequately seems a lot easier than trying to remember the specifics of grammar rules.
for example i'd much rather answer "tell me about the types of emails you receive" than have 5 questions along the lines of "John is going to ___ the book on the table. Does 'lie' or 'lay' better fit in the blank?"
