Unless he's somehow from Europe. But it seems unlikely to me someone working in the USA would not have heard of Sedona, unless he was responding in a cryptic way which didn't seem to fit the pattern of the posts. Of course, anything's possible, but Sedona is a pretty well known place IMO.
