the one time I think it was sleep paralysis because of how crystal clear and realistic everything was and I was, fully conscious and aware the whole time
I woke up in my bed but couldn't move and I noticed a stereotypical grey alien in my peripheral vision, got scared shitless and suddenly felt something was pulling me by my legs down my bed and just as I was at the edge it would "restart"
I would wake up again and the same exact shit would happen over and over again like 3-4 times
I spent the rest of the night on my pc with the lights on lol
