>>16361931what do you think about something like not using imageboards for even just one day maybe, and then seeing how you feel with how you go by things
trust me it wouldnt be that hard if you just committed yourself to it, being bound is just a boogeyman meme and anybody can stop it
this could just be boiling frog in your case
and once you bother to free yourself of it for a little while, even if doesnt seem like much of a problem right now, itll turn out that going by your day really does feel better without it
not saying its gonna solve all your life issues and shit lol but yeah just that itill be an improvement still
maybe right now it feels like youd be losing something if you were to just stop coming to chans, but once you do it youll see that youre really better than that and just look back on it as another "damn i was dumb to think that" thing, probably like other similar memories lol
but again i might be exaggerating how severe it is for you, so whatever
either way itd just be nice if you could free yourself lol
just enjoy things like the video ur watching rather than having to check imageboards during it, you know?
>I am grateful for this moment and the internet.oh well, maybe just too grateful
boiling frog like i said
maybe u think its something you need and should be grateful for, but why are you being grateful for something thats actively giving you brain damage as long as youre using it
i think we shouldnt take some of these things and the fun they bring for granted yes, but being dependent on them and brushing away your own well-being cause "well i should be grateful" is self-destructive
using this example again u probably look at people who spend their lives on things like instagram somehow and go "ha retards" but youre basically in the same mindset, are you not? of thinking that you dont really need to get rid of this and its just some simple pass-time, while its actually a bit detrimental
