I am parsing the title, first.
-There's no yellow light between something not moving, then cleared to go.
-When something is in motion, the yellow light indicates movement is about to stop...
or
-if 'you're' past the point of no return: you must accelerate to get through BEFORE YOU ARE STOPPED COLD.
>those are *SOME* immediate thoughts regarding the title alone on first glance.-As for 'LIGHT' -it could also mean a 'lighter' version of something, if not 'traffic' related, but in this case...I do not think so.
-IS A GO ...meaning;
▪something has been activated (good?) (bad?)
▪something has been cleared to begin (by whom?)
▪something comms have discovered activated or cleared etc.

We all know that means the Dark Side is gearing to use the optics of the Second Wave to their fullest advantage, finally cleared to be spoken of to the general public just this afternoon, thanks to the CDC.
