I remember back in like Nov 2023 him saying he might keep the orders open if he doesn't hit his pre-order requirement numbers. Or maybe I'm confusing the reason, but I'm pretty sure he did mention leaving the pre-orders open. And besides if he takes your money he will deliver (eventually).
