neighbor told me yesterday she was going to try to kill the groundhog that lives around. i know the groundhog personally, and it has zero flight response to danger, but not rabid. apparently, her dumbass dog walked up to it and it bit the dog on the nose. instead of realizing that the problem has already been solved (dog stays away or finishes the job next time) she called the cops to come kill it. cop didn't find it so now they're going to stick gas rags into the hole and fill it. -5 IQ for every pet owned
