They say 23 almonds is the way to go but I always end up almost the whole bag of them. Too many almonds leads to higher toxin levels in the body and constipation from what I've heard but my immune system is overpowered, as some might say, with the only thing holding me back is my stomach, so I really can't be on par with everyone else. That being said, I think common sense just tells you to stop eating, and so does your stomach. If you think you've had too much, then you did.
In short, 23 almonds is recommended but I probably wouldn't go past 30 if it's something you're eating everyday.
