I'm not even going to suggest rounding up all the asteroids, we cannot even map them all right now. We are cavemen writing "Me see big animal" on a cave wall. We need an absolutely precise model of our solar system with every asteroid mapped and and predicted movements known for hundreds of years before we build ANY shared or solar satellites. We are a lifetime away from that, plans to build observatories to achieve this have idiot natives protesting because they think the ideal hill is some God and we're forced to take their stupid beliefs seriously. We need approximately 20,000x the amount of observation that we have currently done. All the world must cooperate and share data and build on the best sites. There's no other way.
