>>9591733>If I look up your plant, I find random people swearing by it for everything up to curing prostate cancer. This is literally the case for any supplement ever made. “Health” sites and forums on the net are complete garbage.
> To be clear, you're following the exact same sales pitch as someone selling lavender oil to cure diabetes. To be clear, I’m not giving a sales pitch here. My comment was meant to be a one-and-done comment based on personal experience but apparently you decided we needed to go full Australian mythbusters so here we are.
Myth busting would be okay but all you’re doing is saying “snake oil snake oil” without any solid evidence of anything beyond a basic google search.
Sure my recommendation might be anecdotal, but most supplement advice will be anecdotal since again most of the info on the net about any supplement will contradict itself. Bet you can find a ton of articles on the net stating aspirin does nothing for a headache, but that doesn’t mean it’s true.
Most “supplements” or medications dealing with mood, and definitely ones dealing with libido have a direct effect with your hormonal balance. Every supplement or pill you take is processed through the liver. It’s just facts.
>>9591734> You can do this far more safely by adjusting your diet, exercising or losing weight. So when you say something like this, it makes me feel like you’re 18 or something. Prey tell how does one lower libido (testosterone) via losing weight and exercise, when the primary way to increase libido(testosterone) is via diet and exercise?
