>>22485805WRR Where to even begin with Walker River Resources? For a start, the company has been drilling the same veins (always with RC) and passing them off as disseminated. Next, it shares a border with the biggest munitions depot in the world and will never be permitted (especially since it's near the base's water supply). Most importantly, it's run by a gang of Val-d'Or criminals, assisted by an Edmonton criminal (@RocketRed), and facilitated by Vancouver scum.
The company raised in March but still has more debt than cash, as the CEO takes in about $400K per year while going on hunting and fishing expeditions. The share-to-warrant ratio is about four-to-one, but the average warrant strike isn't far out of the money. The company has agreed with a related-party company to JV the property, leading people like @RocketRed to bitch about it. This makes me think that the CEO stopped answering his calls and that his pump jobs are over. However, if that piece of shit changes his mind and starts pumping WRR, I'm shorting as much as I can afford. Every single one of RR's pumps here has ended in disaster.
We'll know before July 14, when nearly 11M shares at $0.16 and full warrants at $0.25 are released from escrow. (2/7)
