>>6231233Rolling for self-improvement (God knows I need it) and to get this thread going.
> What have you learned on your own self improvement journey? Anytips you could say for beginners?Oof. I'm a beginner myself, but all I can say is that incentives and environment are very important. Maybe have a few days during the week where you can shitpost/waste time, and other days where you're in action mode. During action mode, your only mode of entertainment should be productive activities, like reading or riding your bike somewhere or lifting.
> What sort of books have you been reading?Layman's guides to economics, Natural Born Heroes by Christopher Mc Dougal (a book about natural excercise- entertaining), A People's Tragedy by Orlando Figes, Tess of the D'Urbervilles by Thomas Hardy
> Do you meditate? Why or why not?Used to, got lazy and gave up. I read "Dancing with your Books" by J.J. Gibbs and that helped me. I'm not doing it anymore out of pure laziness, honestly. Need to get back in the saddle.
> Describe your lowest point and your highest point. What makes you want to not have to go back to that low spot, and what keeps you looking towards the light of those high points?I'm not really sure about this one, sorry.
Here's Emi's couch to 5k for good measure.
