Anybody who is a of ethnic European descent, with most of their ancestors having lived in Europe or European America in the past 700 or so years, is white.
We, the actual Aryans, whose ancestors called themselves the Aryans, a term appropriated by the Europeans, share a common ancestor with whites. This ancestor is of Indo-European stock, most likely Yamnaya. However, this does not dismiss with the fact that genetic drift occurs, other ancestral groups are involved, etc.; all of which eventually culminates to the modern ethno-racial groups of today.
