Your delusions are imagining you are under a spotlight in the play, that you are somehow a Person of Interest to power. I'm not saying it's impossible, but it's highly unlikely that you are under surveillance, as you yourself have rationalised.
Coincidences and sychronicity occur all the time. Those captcha pictures came from Google Earth. Every time we went to fill one out there was always the possibility of us seeing somewhere we know in one of those little squares. Moreso if Google are lazy assess and only select from certain regions.
Your mind was a little jumpy, and then a coincidence scared you. It's silly, really, but understandable.
I don't know if this will make things better or worse: people of interest come to know about it in no uncertain terms with a little dawn raid and 30 armed cops. They don't fuck about with your laptop for months on end beforehand, they kick your front door down and arrest you under the blaring lights of mass media cameras.
