Regin and I had worked on it for a long time, missing Cirno Day entirely in the process and coming up with something that was ultimately rushed after he dropped out halfway through and gave me the project files. Many images are too stretched for my liking, the text isn't formatted as well as I'd like, there are a myriad of issues I could come up with honestly. Despite that, it still looks okay to me in hindsight. I remember despairing over it in the moment.
Remember this key thing: you are not your work. Your work may be an extension of your interests and likes, and of course for a board like r/banter it always comes from passion, but that doesn't mean you have to overly criticize yourself because you messed up on a few things. What's important is you got it out there. There are so, so many projects started by /bant/dits that died after 1 or 2 threads, such as that one RPG maker game that CockEyes was working on many years ago. There was also a different game being worked on by... fuck, who was it? I'll need to brush up on my history, but here's a sprite from it. This did not come to fruition either: it died long before anyone could see it. The fact that people can see and save Chapter 2 is great, even if it looks a little sloppy to you. Most of us aren't high art critics, nor do we even care to be. You're doing great work my friend. Thank you for letting me fuckin ramble at you with this unnecessary pep talk.
