then put it on MAXIMUM heat until little bubbles come,
then put to cover on the pot and minimum heat for 10 minutes,
then no heat for 10 minutes. all the while with cover on top.
that's how you cook perfect rice. and perfect rice is the first step to make fried rice. if managed to do that... we can move on.
