yeah nah, some of that shit was a meme, but i found the broth part interesting. i generally dislike recipes that have you cook 100 different things separately and then just assemble. but chickens usually have a lot of extra skin that idk what to do with so i think i might try this blending meme. skin's not exactly the same as subcutaneous fat but since it's chicken not pork, i hope it won't make much of a difference. i really liked the way that broth looked
coincidentally, i think the biggest difference in japen, besides looking way nicer is the broth so you might try fucking around and making a good broth.
yeah i figured, i was just asking if you had it in the house. i looked at mine and it was actually yellow, not completely clear like some of what i see online.
