Here's the thing, man. You:

I have a lot more physical limitations, and while it'd be nice to have her try to whip me into shape, she has her own problems that I can't help her with because I'm drowning in mine. I wouldn't be able to keep up.
So hypothetically, I'd let you have her. I could live without Loona loving me. I don't think the same could be said vice versa, or at least you'd struggle more.
Besides, if Loona exists in that scenario, there'd probably be more hellhounds for me to try my luck with.
