Exercise is unhealthy.
There has never been any scientific evidence that point to exercise being healthy.
Exercise is a type of stress, and like all types of stress, it ages the body by releasing free radicals and causing inflammation.

As for drawbacks of exercise, here is a list how exercise damages you:

The only reason exercise became popular in the first place was as a weight-loss measure.
And I admit, if you can lose weight with exercise, then exercise can be healthy, the same way a salad can be healthy, despite salads having close to 0 nutritional value.
There is another thing. Human need a base amount movement to maintain their bodies.
But this threshold is quickly met through frequent stretching and some walking.
