On the other end of the spectrum, you have upper-middle(ish) class that want it, but can't afford to pay that much. But the hapa outweighs the 'shame' of being single. They want the baby to move up in society, and possibly inroads overseas.
And the third deal is general population, where they want you to get a spousal visa and marry them. But you can't work there under that visa. So there is no point unless you do blackmarket cash only shit.
China is a dictatorship. The rules are not the same. They aren't even on our internet. Only foreigners and military are allowed out on the actual internet.
