>>20095981Up at the desk, Diana greets the receptionist. "Hi there, Diana Ito. We spoke on the phone a few weeks ago. I've got a reservation for The Agency, for a room for two girls, and here they are." Diana plops down a couple of thin manila folders on the desk. "Here are their profiles, and you'll find that I've already gotten them contracts with the WWA. Minimum rate for a three month trial period, of course."
The receptionist takes the folders, opens them, looks at them and is astonished to see how sparse they are. She looks back at Diana Ito. "Seriously. You got them contracts, with THESE profiles?"
Diana Ito rolls her eyes. "Do I LOOK like I have time to waste writing pointless copy to pad out a file? I know I don't look like it physically, but I have VERY long arms. That means I'm good at arranging handshakes, if you get my drift. The Dog's giving us these contracts, and in return I've got my friends in L.A. and New York sniffing ALL AROUND this place. Movie parts, voice acting, commercials, you name it. Just the other day I heard one of my friends in voice casting for the upcoming 'Wheel of Fortune: The Animated Series' mention a couple wrestlers BY NAME. And when these offers go up, money comes back down to the company. You got me?"
The receptionist doesn't quite believe these exaggerations, but it's not her business, and it's just a couple of trial contracts at minimum rate. "Whatever you say. I'll get these uploaded into our system; you've got room 119-A. Training starts at oh-seven-hundred, so be dressed and ready to go." She slides a keycard across the desk towards them.
