use a pair of spoons or some pincer thing like pic related to take the eggs out and you should be fine, toss the water once it's cooled down
a big spoon with holes in it should do the trick as well
it's really not complicated nor risky, just gotta practice it a couple times

yeah lol, quail eggs are small though so they turn out hard boiled much faster, but i was careful
just, as i said, cold eggs in boiling water, apparently the thermal shock bursts eggs, the more you know
i use this silicon pincer thingie to dump them in, pic related
