She or I has no objective proof of what happened and with your current state of mind it's quite difficult to FULLY believe (there might be a hint of truth but it's impossible to gauge it accurately) what you're saying, as you seem to be willing to skew the truth to make it seem like you're being persecuted.
This text here, I believe your sister is just sugar coating it by saying you were "stressed" which might have caused you to spiral even further because of how innocuous stress can be. Nobody wants to institutionalize a sibling, so I'd imagine you appeared batshit insane, but your sister was just trying to be nice and avoid calling you crazy, which had the inadvertent effect of making it worse due to how tame stress can be.
