>From the very beginig to the endYou really do seem like a magnet for everything serendipity :^)
>i was able to buy old books for around 1 euro, i bought 3 Krúdy Gyula (died in 1933)First time hearing about that lad, what were those books more or less about..?
I remember two North and South expeditions, as well as two Dobrolubow philosophy collections.
Didn't even finish first Russian expedition book and barely scratched Dobrolubow, which needed a tremendous in-depth Russia political history to be understood correctly - it was pretty much notes and letters, so obviously no context, not even footnotes..
Ended up reading this 2hu fanfic from Junkoposter of approximately 800 - 1k pages lenght - it's a really wide estimate but most of those threads easily held up to 30 regular pages of text.
And boy, wasn't that the best thing that has happened to me in a long, long time..
https://www.touhou-project.com/storylist.php?title=&author=Keymaster&board%5B%5D=0&status%5B%5D=anyTo see an author grow and rise, witness every change in his style, read all the criticism and ideas, see the story written by readers and author alike - what a fuckin' unconquered story, which endings had me teared up from joy.
That was unironically one of the best reads I had in my life and I've seen some shtick~ you might say it's sad or debatable, but damn buddy.. what a ride.
All during my ~2 week trip to Germany plus ending of third arch back in Poland, at 3 AM of first day to school.
God, that was good.
I sincerely hope you will experience something similar in your life, Gomfy - to find yourself a lecture during the journey that would not only enrich some tougher moments but stay for much longer~
..alright, that went unnecessarily long ʕ•ᴥ •ʔ
>next to a nice pile of tishue :DYou needed tissues~? Train dust allergy perhaps? c:
