yeah thats a bit too raw, idk i just put it on max heat until it gets a crust then pop some butter in and turn off the stove completely, this electric stovetop stays hot for a while so it's enough to finish cooking and i get something like this
but it's whatever, just a piece of meat, usually only eat it when im too lazy to cook proper food
