Fancy cheeses just combine into mozzarella and you dont taste em. Mozzarella isn't the only pizza cheese but it's the only one you can trust to be okay.>Crust needs to be thick and with a crisp, non cheese covered edge. Can't dry out or be hard though. Papa johns shape but pan fry that shit, get butter on it.>Sweet sauce. Don't fuck with regular tomato sauce. It's not red, throw it out.
