nah, my RO guild broke up a few months ago after the guildmaster decided to try to move to another private server, so i'm still in a slight rut from all that. sorry for going over the top there.

Basically, what I'm trying to say is that the answer I am about to type may entirely miss your point, or will be inaccurate in every way.
>freedom from the metaphor of timeI think time is simply a measurement we use, like meters or grams. The issue is that time is a very personal thing, at any given time you are doing something, whether it be with someone else or by yourself.
Stack things like dates on top of that, and people can associate certain times with good or bad experiences.
I'm not sure if freeing yourself from something like that is entirely possible, given how personal it is.
