Unsurprisingly anglo countries (but the US less than the rest) and their cultural satrapies are highest, with in addition Israel on top. Meanwhile the white/western countries that put a bit of resistance to US cultural imperialism (France, Italy, Russia, etc) have essentially zero blacked. Other than that there are a few thirsty Arab and Paki degenerates into it.
