Despite my best efforts, all attempts at dialogue with the mysterious race known as Jews, have failed. When Admiral Nogura asked me to take a temporary leave of absence to head up these negotiations, he told me it would be the most challenging assignment of my career. I must admit, having engaged in diplomatic relations with species as divergent as Klingons, Romulans, and even the Borg, I assumed he was exaggerating.
