That said, the loli stuff does irritate me. I don’t feel comfortable collecting the No Game No Life light novels due to their covers even though I think the story is great. I do have Arifureta, but Yui is walking the line as a 300+ year old vampire who was in her 20’s prior to imprisonment, insists she’s 17 to match Hajime, and was even younger when she stopped aging.
Currently reading Death March. The main guy at least acknowledges that attraction to lolis is wrong and sees his “harem” more as people he’s in charge of protecting (he also gets his kicks elsewhere).
I unironically like the magical girl version of Fate, but the sexual magic transfers were highly unnecessary.
I could go on, but my main point is that the loli stuff is just not needed. Most shows would do well to avoid loli tropes.
