I'm not from an all that caring family, but balance in education should be nr. 1 priority to prevent everything you've just mentioned plus mental issues and life-long scars on personality.
Parents that try to overflow their kids with their ambitions isn't okay - especially if they couldn't reach that goal in themselves. It can turn into a cold and sticky tar that cripple families.
Health > Education, but in order to make your health go down because of education before you hit maturity, you must've really fucked up in some places - you and / or your parents.
