well whatever, in my personal case i'm as secure as can be. i guess it would be nice if my landlord had to suffer but even if he doesn't, i'm certainly not in any danger of becoming homeless. i was just guessing at the state of the market.
maybe my gigabrained game theory landlord made the same calculation and decided to force me out, would be interesting to find out, i'll talk to him when i vacate the premises. just sounded like an angry control freak sperg to me though.
