i'm positive that i'm in the bottom 10% of caring either way
it's not like i'm campaigning for people not to vote dude. it's great that i have the option and if someone believes it's a valuable use of their time then i'd never discourage them from doing it. yet somehow just because i have personally evaluated it not to be a valuable use of my time i have to show every person i so much as make eye contact with that no vote has ever mattered using rigorously peer reviewed empirical data. i just don't fucking care man.
it's not like i complain about election results or resulting policies or "the state of my country" or anything. everyone else complaining about these things doesn't mean i'm somehow the asshole for not also forming strong opinions then not getting my way when i have virtually no way to cause even the most minute of impacts on any of it
just let me not care
