>>16361931>I enjoy the casual timesure its how i see it as well but
at what point does it just become brainrot and exhausting for your mind even if you dont realize that
somebody can scroll through instagram or some shit every waking moment of their life and also say "well its just my casual time bro"
i guess it is, but that doesnt make it good all of a sudden
you can have that same casual time with something else like what i suggested while just having that be better for you ig
and i know its preachy to be saying "muh looking at computer bad" sorry if thats annoying, but i mean it really just is
especially if ur already having issues such as not getting the sleep you need and all, i feel like this really is straining yourself long-term lol
you have that video playing on your phone that you could just instead simply watch while laying in bed and not multi-tasking while doing so
if you have to be constantly checking places like this and cant focus on just one activity idk, maybe at that point it really is more than simple casual time and something youve bound yourself to
which is bad ya
you did it when you were a teenager because it was just while waiting for other shit to go ahead, but now its molded into each other
maybe im making it out to be a bigger deal than it is, but i dont know, doing this every single day of your life over a long period just doesnt seem like the best recipe to be feeling well later on, for me
why not instead of multi-tasking like watching and typing at the same time, have the casual time in your bed watching stuff and once you feel like it, browse and type wherever for a little bit once you get done with that? have these be separate things than letting urself be an imageboard zombie that constantly needs to check them
dont have to get rid of it entirely but maybe just dumb down on this "casual time" a little, you know
although ya im talking like i know your whole routine, maybe it doesnt compose much of your day
