Things I completed in Tier 2:
>Walk >Exercise >Weights Things I didn’t do in Tier 2
>Meditation, I tried once but then I gave up because my family telling me to do stuff with them and go on vidya >Journaling, again did once but that was because I always right things down whenever I’m sad but I’ll try it>Goals, I mean the only goals I’m thinking of is this -Become a Astronaut by getting a PH.D in Engineering
-Have a wife and kids and start a family
-Continue being a good person (not shoving my ego and pride through someone’s throat, charity, patience, kindness, and etc)
-Lastly helping my family and friends do the /sig/
They’re doing good but they are kinda lacking so I am trying to help them if I can.
