>>12939171Here's my dilemma. I've lived in Europe for the past 5ish years and recently moved back to NZ. I've always had sleeping issues from time to time, but a while back had an American friend give me a sheet of Ambien and fuck me it was just the reset I needed. That sheet lasted me almost a year then I was fucked - once I went through a bad run again I found I really needed it to "reset the clock"
Turns out Europe had something similar (Stilnox), it wasn't as good but it did the trick. However when I went to get an extra prescription for another box knowing I was coming home they wouldn't give another if I still had some left over (even through the current box had lasted me almost 18 months) for obvious possible abuse. So I contacted a GP back in NZ who informed me they would have something suitable.
Fast forward 6 months, I'm back in NZ and their "something suitable" is one called zopiclone and it is fucking HORRIBLE. Terrible taste in the morning, nightmares, drowsiness - I've tried it 5 or 6 times now and decided the sleeplessness is better than the side effects and after many discussions my GP has informed me there is no way to get Stilnox or Ambien (zolpidem) here in NZ.
Hence my reaching out on here. You are allowed to bring them into the country if you have a prescription and if someone is coming over I am hoping someone could be my savior. I am here for two years before I head back to Europe - I could ration a box to last me that time but two boxes or 1 box and an extra sheet should get me through the whole time. Of course I would take whatever I am offered!!
Thanks for reading, I wouldn't ask on here if it wasn't my last resort!
