Is it corrupted ?
And also how to recognize one ? General patterns ? Which parts .

personally I like the Berean Study Bible. It doesn't really matter as long as you understand it and can find the meaning of it for yourself which is the whole point
Not to over analyze it to do death and thus separate into hundreds of different meanings/denominations with all claiming to have it "right"
I believe the gospels and Christ's words are the most important but that's personal to everyone
I always say you don't have to be a genius or a scholar to know God and follow Christ
It's not complicated and there is no gatekeeping for this

In the book of Revelation there is a section where and angel will come down and this issue will be asked of him. His response will be something along the lines of "have the prophecies not been coming true"

I personally don't think it matters barring supplemental materials. I suggest doing a search on ebay for used old bibles, If you are lucky you might get one that's already highlighted and underlined and such which is a good sign that particular book has already helped someone else on their journey through this life.

It is also a version where is pretty easy there to differentiate The Creator (what Jesus call Father), from the LORD of the jews (which is another name for Satan, Yahveh, Moloch) - written L in capital, and ORD in small capitals, which refers to the ORD(er).
